Sankyo Techno Staff Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Company”) has, as a result of its business, a lot of information, numbers and other specific personal data (hereinafter “personal information”) of many customers, employees and other related parties. In this regard, the Company will comply with the Personal Information Protection Law, the Law Concerning the Use of Specific Person Identifier Numbers in Public Administrative Procedures, and other related laws and regulations, and will pay strict attention to the protection of such personal information in accordance with the guidelines described below.
OUR APPROACH TO PROTECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION
Our company, in order to ensure good service such as temporary employment recruitment companies (労働者派遣事業), paid agency company (有料職業紹介事業) and contract production companies (製造請負事業), are using information that can identify a specific individual (called “personal information”). It is personal information such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail, etc., information relating to each person. Our company recognizes the responsibility and importance of adequately protecting this personal information. We will handle personal information in order to fulfill this responsibility in accordance with the policies set out below.

When handling personal information, before using and providing it, we make the purpose clear. We will ensure that personal information is not used or provided outside of its intended purpose or beyond the scope of customer consent;
The company complies with laws and regulations on personal information, guidelines established by the country;
The company, in order to prevent unauthorized access to personal information, loss of personal information, destruction, alteration or leakage will carry out corrective action and security measures;
The company has designated a person responsible for controlling personal information, giving authority and responsibility for the implementation and operation of the personal information protection management system;
Our company’s personal information protection management system, through training, operation, audit and review is continuously making improvement;
In the company, in cases of disclosure of personal information, correction, deletion, use, denial of the request for supply or other complaints, queries, etc. any information regarding personal information may be consulted with the department responsible for personal information.
